GOV'T CANNOT FEASIBLY TAX WATER AS A FUEL
Talbott Howard is the Advisory Member of the Renewable Energy and Advanced Engine Development Program, put together by NASA Award-winning Engineers.
Talbott Howard's 'Hydrogen On Demand' system generates hydrogen gas "on demand" from a water tank in your vehicle and feeds the hydrogen gas into the combustion system, reducing the engine's consumption of fossil fuel. Maximum hydrogen gas production of approx. 14 liters/minute is achieved in +/- 90 seconds.
Hydrogen On Demand vs. Hydrogen Under Pressure. Note: Mark Ross has wanted to push an agenda to put Hydrogen Under Pressure and Electric Plug In Systems via the CARB (California Air Resources Board).
From 2006 to 2010 CARB Officials pushed tax payers towards the GE Electric / Hydrogen Under Pressure Fuel Cell agenda only to see the US Transportation industry fall.
Long Haul Tractor Trailers make up 3 percent of the total number of combustion vehicles in the USA however that same 3 percent consumes more than 21 percent of the total fuel consumed in the transportation industry.
Talbott Howard's Hydrogen On Demand system reduces a combustion engine's consumption of fossil fuel by 35 percent, and was presented to California Air Quality Control Members in 2006, only to be rejected.
Ask yourself "What would a 35 percent reduction of fossil fuels do for the U.S. Transportation Economy?"
California Air Quality Control group went on to propose Hydrogen Under Pressure systems to the Governor of CA. instead of alternatives that would have helped save the US Postal Service.
This situation manifests every indication of a governmental hidden agenda to steer the populace towards a TAXABLE alternative fuel network, as opposed to a free and plentiful fuel source and technology.
In other words, THEY CAN'T TAX OR PATENT WATER because it still falls out of the sky for free, upon our "one nation under God."

My involvement these last years has left me committed to see the development of carbon tracking technologies and modular container designs designed to create and commercialize a reliable advanced renewable energy container transport plug-in systems – the catalyst for each system delivered from nano solar liquid / print technologies, working in conjunction with hydrogen on demand technologies for radical emerging technology developments. Through Memphis Tn, where logistics meets 220 plus countries, we as a country can create a true Renewable Energy Program. There is a need for an uncomplicated universal system, compatible with existing interal combustion engines and I know where they exist.
In my opinion, this is imperative for our country and the world to adopt today not tomorrow. After being personally impacted by the effects of hurricanes, most recently Hurricane Katrina, and now the BP Oil Company disaster, I have a desire to help create programs that work effectively with Homeland Security, DOE, DOD contractors, and Fortune 500 companies, aiming for clean development mechanisms to help alleviate environmental, social, and governmental problems. I think this can be achieved by working with major port cities around the world, where so many of these problems exist. But, it will take the combined global effort of energy suppliers and end users to integrate energy surplus and carbon offset technologies within environmental integration platforms.

nano solar liquid,If this stuff was to last and work,I would jump on it,but I would have a few Qustions on it.
1. what would be the cost to apply it to your house.
2.what would be the long trem Disadvantages:would we get cancer from it etc.
3.would it eat my home from the outside in?

Registerwell i see my utility bills will be going way higher.is this the same thing that Fannie mae or was it Freddie Mac bought,to in stall in to homes?

I'm very familiar with Suntco but several others from AU and CHINA. I’m planning to help them all. The best I have seen can typically cost 5 times less than the average PV Solar Panels. The product will last typically about 15 to 20 years and the best outputs are 400 watts per sq. meter. That is about 250% increase over any other PV efficiency on the market.
The product application for Nano Solar Systems and development teams behind them will make these results even better over time. I believe these Nano Technologies will be able to reduce the EMRs however it is too new to know if there are any concerns. I foresee, the opposite of EMR(s) being the benefit. Due to confidential agreements via the company I'm director of Transportation Technologies http://www.energime.com I can not share who we are working with to make these products mainstream.
The future these types of technologies will be applied in conjunction with Advanced Hydrogen on Demand Transport GenSet(s) that you can take with you anywhere and everywhere you need Renewable Energy on Demand. There have been many from behind the scenes that are running automobiles entirely off this type of technology. What I have found out is that only way to get DOD and DOT Grant approval(s) and the support of the Energy Companies if we focus on Generators First not Transportation.
Eventually Long Haul Tractor Trailers will be able to apply these GenSet(s) in a way that will create Renewable Energy Hydrogen Battery Bank systems for the EV Market to adopt at the truck stops and service centers. Eventually these systems will be brought out of the Plug-in-Play procedures to apply them into the transportation industry. The only way to do this is by working with the Oil Companies who face uncertain futures to get them to put up a Petro Bond put up to help bring the value of the US Dollar back up.
As you know President Obama is putting together a New Fuel Tax, which will force Oil Companies towards programs that make their legacies last longer. Note: There are over 720 million cars on the road today, 1% is EV. This program will allows those 720 million cars to eventually become power plants. Oil Companies will want to find a way to make a % of the Renewable Energy Factor(s) once the word gets out that these technologies can be applied very fast over the next 4 years. All we have to do is educate the public and show them how they will make money from it, which is the challenge.
What we are doing will create Finance Lease Structure that allows these technologies to be applied where they will get a % of the Energy Surplus Gains that come back by Leasing Company, The End Users, and the Communities that work with us to adopt these systems first. The insurance and banking institutions will want this because it will create new types of finance programs to attract in existing customers that have fleets and businesses that are failing due to overhead and cost of fuel.
I'm working with http://www.trac-car.com to set up the protocol to show the value of these systems in a Micro TVA - Green Reconnect plan we hope to bring forward in 2012. This development will be looking for sponsorships for a Macro Development. The sponsors of this showcase event will be allowed 5% stake in the energy futures that the New World Wide Energy Web platform will create when they are all linked up. Once these systems are connected up over a World Wide Energy Web-Platform via Memphis they will be used in a way to scrub the environment as needed on demand. Meaning, the air that goes in these ICE(s) will be cleaner when it comes out of the tailpipe.
That value will create a "True Clean Development Mechanism" that will enable Human Survival platforms for NASA to link up with as well. This development will set the plan in position for working with our US Port(s) and other ports around the world. Note: The ports are typically where the cancer rates increase due to the sludge & C02 factors that increase around the ports globally.
